Change management has become an important issue at work but the greatest challenge is to learn how to be bold and visionary in creating innovative, sustainable solutions to master this change. In this course the participants will learn how to deeply understand the dynamics of change, to employ a change management strategy and to turn challenge and crisis into opportunities. All these in a practical way to develop skills to envision and design the future and to build flexible, innovative thinking.
 

This is a 5-day course conducted entirely in English.

> MEALS AND ACCOMMODATION

Participants take care of their accommodation and meals. Although participants are free in choice of hotels and restaurants Inmotion will give a list of  different price categories hotels to facilitate the booking.

All accommodation and meals are to be paid directly by participants to hotels and restaurants. Inmotion doesn't take care of this transaction.

> FEES

Course fee: 450€

This amount includes tuition, training materials, administration costs and organizational costs.

> OBJECTIVES

In this course the participant

will learn:

  • How to deeply understand the dynamics of change.

  • How to turn challenge and crisis into opportunities.

  • How to envision and design the future and to build flexible, innovative thinking.

  • How to develop actions to manage and reduce change resistance (psychology of change).

> METHODOLOGY

This is a “hand on” and practical course where the facilitator will encourage the participants to inject stories from their own experience and to explore through discussion. All the learning activities are done in the context of the group.

> TARGET GROUPS

The course is aimed at those professionals, of any functional area, who have dependents and those who, in the development of their career, have to achieve relevant results in leading people and managing teams.
